Ībove, availibleTags is the array that holds the words you want to autocomplete, you would change those to whatever you want. The rest is the array of words that you want to autocomplete and where you want the autocomplete feature to appply. It's important that the Jquery-UI.js file be loaded after, which is why I noted that code I supplied should be pasted just above the closing body tag () in your theme.liquid. In the code block I posted above, these two lines fetch the jquery-ui.css and jquery-ui.js files directly from : Īgain, we're just telling the browser where it can find these files, they won't actually be downloaded to your theme assets folder. So, assuming that your theme is already including Jquery, all we need to do is also include Jquery-UI. It's just a link, the file () will not actually be downloaded to your theme assets. This line just tells the users browser to fetch Jquery (in this case from Google). The "1.9.1" indicates the version Jquery it's fetching, and for Jquery-UI to work you will need a version that is greater than 1.6. I don't know what theme you're using, but there is likely a line that looks something like this toward the top of your theme.liquid: Jquery-UI is an addon to Jquery, which is usually (I think) included with every theme. Everything we're doing is going to be in theme.liquid: I apologize if I came off as admonishing you, only intended to suggest that you would likely get better response in the design forum. ![]() The reason the question belongs in the design forum is becasue it relates to themes rather than the API.
